How do I apply, and how long does approval take?
There are four steps: register, qualify with your company details and certified documents, choose a Fiuu plan, then integrate. Fiuu replies within 24 hours of submission. Our typical time is 3 days from application to first live payment. Card channels are approved separately, and Fiuu says that takes around one month.
What do I need to apply?
Your company information and certified documents, plus eKYC identity verification. Bank details are optional at the application stage. Fiuu may ask for more documents, licences or certifications depending on your business.
What does it cost?
Fiuu charges per transaction, and the rate varies by payment method. Depending on the plan there can be settlement and gateway fees too. Fiuu does not publish one rate card, so we do not either: your rates come in your proposal.

All types of merchant can apply. Fiuu prohibits some categories outright, such as counterfeit goods, weapons and illegal businesses, and applies extra checks to restricted ones, such as gambling, forex, cryptocurrency and tobacco or alcohol. If you are unsure, ask before you apply.
When do I receive the money?
Settlement timing depends on the payment method and the plan you choose. Fiuu does not state one timeline publicly, so we confirm it in your proposal.
Can I take recurring or saved-card payments?
Yes. Fiuu supports recurring payments and card tokenisation.
